  1. Stuffed Chicken Supreme - cranberry & chevre stuffed chicken breast, roasted fingerling potatoes, green beans, white wine butter sauce
  2. Steak Frites - 10oz New York Striploin, matchstick frites, foie gras compound butter, aioli
  3. Blackened Cod - pan seared cod, pineapple salsa, honey yogurt, basmati rice, green beans
  4. Roasted Cauliflower “Steak” - cauliflower, chimichurri sauce, arugula salad with parmesan in a lemon vinaigrette
