We are proud to be hosting our first annual winter wine pairing dinner. Take a trip around the Mediterranean with Chef Neil Seguin, each course is expertly paired with a glass of wine.

Appetizer:

Seared sea scallops with wilted greens

Paired with: 2013 Les Jamelles Viognier, Pays D'Oc VDP, France.

Entrée:

Sauteed duck breast scallopini with a dried cherry and port sauce.

Paired with: 2012 Gaba Do Xil Mencia, Valedorras DOC, Spain.

Main:

Italian marinated flank steak.

Paired with: 2013 Salchetto Vino Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, Italy

Dessert:

Greek inspired phylo and custard cake.
