KYC to host DN Iceboating Canadians This Weekend!
It doesn't get much better than this - Iceboating at KYC!
With the great ice conditions in the Kingston Harbour, the DN iceboating fleet has selected KYC to host the DN Canadians this weekend. It should be a very exciting weekend, and we encourage everyone to come down and watch some great racing!

TGIF - Canta Arya School of Strings

Celebrate the end of the week at KYC. We are excited to feature the Canta Arya School of Strings for this TGIF. They will perform for members and guests between 5:30-6:00PM. Don't miss it!
The Kitchen will be open and will feature Pulled-Pork-On-A-Bun for $7.95

Club Racing 2013 Season Meeting

Yard Steward Position
After 40 plus years as KYC's Yard Steward, David McCallum will retire at the end of this season. The plan is to hire his replacement to work with him during the 2013 sailing season. Please forward this job posting on to anyone you feel may be interested in this position.

KYC Sailors Qualify for Youth Worlds
Congratulations to Cameron Sawyer from the KYC 29er team and Ali ten Hove from the 420 team for qualifying for the 2013 Youth Worlds in Cyprus this summer! Go KYC!
Good Luck to Violet and Hugh at the Radial Trials
Hugh Macrae and Violet Stafford will be sailing this weekend in 2013 Laser Midwinters East Regatta. This is a qualifying event for the Youth Worlds in Cyprus, so wish them luck!

Square Dancing
March 2, 2013, 20:00hrs
The cruising fleet is hosting a square dancing event after their potluck. All KYC members and their guests are welcome even if you don’t participate in the cruising fleet. The square dancing will start at approximately 20.00 hrs, and the cost will be $10.00 per person to cover the band.
