Santa Claus Parade - Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for volunteers to participate in the parade and to help setup. We are also looking for donations to help decorate the float and create costumes for the participants. The parade is Nov 17.

This year's theme is a "A race to the North Pole"
We need as many kids & participants as we can for the float including JS/Opti racers. QST members are welcome!

This annual tradition is a great way to participate in the Santa Claus Parade, and to promote the club. In 2010 we won Best Themed Float!

Please contact Brett Thompson if you are interested: csc@kingstonyachtclub.com

Book Missing: Tall Ship Down by Daniel Parrott
There is this great book that all serious sailors should read, Tall Ship Down by Daniel Parrott. I have loaned it to a number of people at KYC who returned the book to me. But now I can not find it and wonder if I loaned it to someone and have forgotten who it is. Problem with old age. If anyone has it please let me know. Thanks. Peter Girard
